Dendrogram of pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) patterns showing the genetic relatedness of CTX-M extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL)–producing Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates from patients in suburban New York City (n = 17).
