Proportions of Plasmodium knowlesi subpopulations in humans of the Kapit division, Sarawak state, Malaysian Borneo, 2000–2018. A total of 1,204 P. knowlesi infections were genotyped, and distribution patterns of subpopulation clusters were analyzed for 3 different study periods (A) and by months (B).
