Direct genome restriction enzyme analysis with NaeI of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from shellfish collected in Puerto Montt, Chile, summer, 2007. Gel shows representative strains for every observed pattern. Patterns of groups observed in previous years are next to the type isolate of that group.
