Effect of daily favipiravir treatments on morbidity and mortality rates, viral loads, and selected blood chemistry and hematology values during the course of the efficacy study in cynomolgus macaques challenged with 104 TCID50 of Lassa virus. Groups of 4 animals each were given 300 mg/kg/d of favipiravir or placebo for 14 consecutive days, beginning on day 4 postinfection.
